Student Missions Rules & Policies

As the Youth Pastor / Point Leader for our group, I understand and commit to the following:

• All sessions and meetings are mandatory.
• Groups staying in the church will need to bring sleeping bags and twin-sized (only) air mattresses.
• No boys allowed in girls’ sleeping area and vice versa.
• No alcohol, drugs or tobacco of any kind. Enhance Ministries has a strict zero tolerance policy and violators will be sent home at their expense.
• Each group is responsible for all transportation to and from the event, to and from daily ministry/work sites, and for the Free Day activities. Please plan accordingly for gas expenses and/or rental vehicles (if needed).
• All scheduled times, including lights out, are to be followed by each group.
• Each group is responsible for all medical emergencies within their group as there is no nurse on staff at Enhance Ministries Student Missions. At registration, each group will be given maps and phone numbers to the closest medical facilities. If, due to illness, it becomes necessary for anyone to remain behind at the host facility during the ministry/work periods or other activities, a family member or team leader (at least 18 years old) must stay with them and the Enhance Ministries staff notified.
• Enhance Ministries, the host facility and our ministry partners are not responsible for any lost or stolen items during any part of this trip.
• Each group must bring a minimum of one leader (19 years of age or older) for every ten students (per gender).
• Each participant should bring a water bottle for use during the week.
• Each group as assigned will need to bring 1 large cooler and 2 freezer packs per 15 people for lunches.
• Participants should bring additional money for the Free Day or to purchase souvenirs or items from local stores.
• All participants must be in their assigned sleeping areas by designated times.
• Before your arrival all forms must be sent to matt@enhancemin.com.
