Matt Swigart
Founder & Executive Director
Matt Swigart is the founder and executive director of Enhance Ministries — a calling shaped by more than two decades of pastoral experience, a deep love for the Church, and a conviction that ministry leaders deserve real, trusted support.
Ministry Roots
For 12 years, Matt served at New Life Church of Woodbury, MN, where he led as Youth Pastor, Saturday Night Service Lead Pastor, and Elder. His passion for developing leaders grew through leading short-term mission trips to Honduras, Panama, New York City, Houston, and Ukraine, and through coaching youth pastors across the country as part of LEAD222, an international youth pastor coaching organization.
Athletics & Coaching
Matt's love for athletics runs deep. He has coached his children in baseball and basketball, led high school teams at New Life Academy, and currently serves as the Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach at the University of Northwestern–St. Paul — where he is the all-time winningest coach in the program's history.
Founding Enhance
In late 2020, Matt felt the Holy Spirit clearly calling him to launch Enhance Ministries. Recognizing that his first 20 years of ministry had uniquely prepared him for the next chapter, he stepped out in faith to build a platform where healthy leaders lead healthy, fruitful ministries.
Family
Matt's primary ministry is his family. He has been married to his wife, Christina, since December 2000. Together they have three children: Caitlyn (Ricky), Caleb, and Lucy.
Adrianna Frelich
Marketing Director
Adri is passionate about making a difference in the world and believes that when strategic marketing aligns with strong development and communication efforts, incredible things happen. With 11 years in corporate CPG marketing management, she gained valuable experience in running impactful campaigns that drive real results.
Her passion extends beyond marketing — she loves fostering partnerships between for-profit businesses and nonprofits to create lasting impact. For Adri, it's not just about strategy; it's about using her skills to make a difference for the Kingdom and transform lives through meaningful connections.
She also has a deep heart for giving back and sharing the love of Jesus with others. At home, she cherishes time with her husband, Kyle, and their two beautiful children, finding joy in both family and faith.

Tait Hoglund
Board President
With a 19-year career dedicated to leading, coaching, and accelerating ministry programs, Tait brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges and rewards of ministry leadership. His experience spans church, nonprofit, and camp settings, equipping him with the skills to support and encourage those serving in God's work.
C.J. Lloyd
Board Treasurer
C.J. is a follower of Jesus with a passion for helping businesses achieve financial clarity. As the Co-Founder and Managing Director of APEX Accounting Solutions and the Director of Finance and Business Services at Bridging MN, he brings extensive expertise in financial management and strategic planning.
Cameron Fair
Board Secretary
Cameron is an attorney, husband, and father of three based in the Twin Cities. He and his wife, Marissa, met at a church camp, where they later became engaged and together served for five years directing the middle school ministry.
