Win Your Jerusalem Agreement
This agreement is between Enhance Ministries and the church named below (the “Church”) for a Win Your Jerusalem event (the “Event”)—a customizable local missions experience designed and supported by Enhance Ministries in the Church's own community.

Selected Package (check one)
Option 1 — The Full Package ($5,500): Enhance Ministries comes and leads the WYJ Event on site.
Option 2 — You Lead, We Coach ($4,000): The Church leads its own WYJ Event with coaching from Enhance Ministries.
Payment Terms
Half of the selected package price is due upon confirmation of the WYJ Event (following the Discovery Call). The remaining half is due 30 days prior to the Event.
General Release and Hold Harmless
The Church desires to participate in various programs, events or activities related to the Event (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Activities”) designed or supported by Enhance Ministries. The Church has investigated the risks involved in participation in the Activities and fully understands and assumes such risks on behalf of itself and its participants.
IN CONSIDERATION OF ENHANCE MINISTRIES' PARTNERSHIP IN THE EVENT, THE CHURCH AGREES HEREBY TO RELEASE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ENHANCE MINISTRIES, ITS OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS, ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND PARTIES VOLUNTEERING ON BEHALF OF ENHANCE MINISTRIES, AS WELL AS THE MINISTRY SITES FOR THIS EVENT, FROM ALL ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, INJURIES, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND GROWING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY SUCH ACTIVITIES. THE CHURCH UNDERSTANDS THAT THIS IS A FULL AND COMPLETE RELEASE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE THEREOF.
Permission to Use Photograph and/or Video
The Church grants to Enhance Ministries, its representatives and employees, the right to take photographs and video in connection with the Activities, and authorizes Enhance Ministries, its assigns and transferees, to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronic format for the purpose of publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. The Church will communicate this permission to its participants.
