I remember reading the book Wild Goose Chase by Mark Batterson back in 2008 or 2009 with a mission team of students I was taking to Honduras. It was (is) a wonderful read about what it takes to follow the Holy Spirit as He leads us along the path He has chosen for us. That picture of a wild goose chase sure feels accurate sometimes, doesn't it?! While to us it feels like we're all over the map, God knows exactly what He's up to and each step, each season turns out to be precicely in the right direction in preparation for the steps to come! God is good!!
I launched Enhance Ministries in 2020 as a step of faith believing God was calling me to step out and run my own ministry. Over my 22 years of ministry up to that point God had refined in me an understanding of who I was and how He had uniquely wired me to lead. I am a coach and a team builder. I am an Apostle-Shepherd-Prophet meaning I am constantly looking ahead, doing everything in the context of relationships and I'm not afraid to speak truth into a life or situation. And, my years of local church and then non-profit ministry had given me a unique perspective on Kingdom workers and how I can serve them.
I experienced firsthand the unique challenges pastors face—the isolation, the weight of leadership, and the need for trusted voices who understand the journey. With the belief that my leadership journey was going to be non-linear and my 12 years as a youth pastor was going to transition into something unique, I pursued ministry opportunities to position myself for maximum influence for God's Kingdom through networking and coaching pastors and ministry leaders. A year with Allies Ministries and then 10 years with LEAD222 refined and equipped me to confidently and competently step into this new season launching Enhance Ministries.
Enhance Ministries was born from my conviction that pastors shouldn't have to navigate the challenges of ministry and family alone. What began as informal conversations with fellow pastors grew into a calling to come alongside pastors and ministry leaders with coaching, care, and practical support.

The heart of Enhance Ministries isn't to position myself or anyone as being the expert with all the answers, but rather to be positioned to sit with and walk with pastors and leaders through the challenges life and leadership will bring to them. I have found countless times that just by being with leaders, asking good questions and praying together that God shows up and we collaboratively come to find what wisdom would suggest in each situation.
I will say in all this that self advancement is not a strength of mine. While that would probably be a beneficial tool to reach more and more pastors, I'm not into 'selling' ministry. While there is a cost and fair exchange for coaching I never want to lead with that. You'll see as you peruse our website that there are both free coaching options as well as contract coaching and consulting. My heart is to give God my "Yes" and go where He calls.
Our tagline is "Cultivating Healthy Leaders and Fruitful Ministries." Along with caring for and coaching pastors I am excited to continue to host and facilitate short-term mission trips for students, local missions events for churches and to take every opportunity to speak, preach and train people with the Gospel and Kingdom living!
I pray Enhance Ministries continues to serve pastors and churches across the country, helping leaders find health, clarity, and renewed vision for the long haul of ministry.
