Matt Swigart
Executive Director and Founder
Matt has been in ministry for over 20 years, answering a call to serve the Kingdom of God with faith and dedication. His journey has taken him to the frontlines of church leadership, where he has worked to strengthen ministries and build meaningful connections.
In late 2020, Matt felt the Holy Spirit stirring in his heart, revealing that his first two decades of ministry had prepared him for the next. With a bold step of faith, he launched Enhance Ministries—a platform designed to equip leaders, cultivate healthy ministries, and expand Kingdom influence.
While Matt is deeply committed to his work, his greatest ministry is his family. He has been married to his wife, Christina, since 2000, and together they cherish their three children: Caitlyn, Caleb, and Lucy.
Adrianna Frelich
Marketing Director
Adri is passionate about making a difference in the world and believes that when strategic marketing aligns with strong development and communication efforts, incredible things happen. With 11 years in corporate CPG marketing management, she gained valuable experience in running impactful campaigns that drive real results.
Her passion extends beyond marketing—she loves fostering partnerships between for-profit businesses and nonprofits to create lasting impact. For Adri, it’s not just about strategy; it’s about using her skills to make a difference for the Kingdom and transform lives through meaningful connections.
She also has a deep heart for giving back and sharing the love of Jesus with others. At home, she cherishes time with her husband, Kyle, and their two beautiful children, finding joy in both family and faith.
