At Enhance Ministries, we believe that healthy leaders cultivate thriving, fruitful ministries. Our calling is to come alongside pastors, ministry leaders, and churches—coaching, equipping, and strengthening them so they can fully live out their God-given mission. This journey has been nothing short of awe-inspiring as we continually witness God’s hand guiding us into a future of even greater Kingdom impact.
In late 2020, Matt Swigart, a seasoned coach, team-builder, and speaker, experienced a profound realization—the years behind him had been a divine preparation for the years ahead. With a deep passion for equipping and strengthening ministry leaders, he took a bold step of faith and launched Enhance Ministries as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. From that pivotal moment, God has been actively shaping and refining the mission, expanding its reach, and deepening its impact.
